- Co-ordinates standard usage of the Student Record System.
- Manages data requests and presents information.
- Develops end user solutions in data processing and manipulation
- Administers Academic Registry internet and intranet web pages.
- Administers the Directory of Documentation for the Academic Registry
- Responsible for the Faculty Advisors
- Prints all degree certificates and maintains the process for notification of recommendation of awards from Boards of Examiners
- Provides an official transcript service for overseas students
